We're launching a 90-day replacement guarantee as part of our launch program: once active, if a tenant we placed defaults on rent or vacates without cause within the guarantee period set out in your agreement, we re-list and re-screen at no additional leasing fee. The guarantee won't cover voluntary terminations after the guarantee period, owner-initiated terminations, or damage claims — those follow normal LTB process. Final terms are confirmed in your agreement.
